Great News on Funding for MOD Personnel
Serving members of the Ministry of Defence are entitled to Enhanced Learning Credit (ELC) funding towards training costs. Service personnel can claim up to 80% of course fees to a maximum amount of £1000, dependant on years served.
A number of HSE diving courses are now eligible for ELCAS funding. This is fantastic news and means that if you are a serving member of the forces and you are interested in a subsea career you could benefit.
Courses must be from registered Learning Providers and must be recognised as Level 3 or higher on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). The Underwater Centre is a recognised ELCAS Learning Provider, offering a number of diving and ROV courses which eligible for ELC funding.
